How do I join the Loyalty Rewards Program?
There's nothing to sign up for! When you book a qualifying reservation with Say It In The Yard, we'll automatically track your Loyalty Rewards points for you.
How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying, full-price reservations. We keep track of your points for you, so there's no loyalty card or point balance for you to manage.
What do I get when I reach 500 points?
Once you reach 500 points, you'll earn a complimentary yard greeting valued up to $85! If you'd like to select a package valued above $85, you're welcome to upgrade and simply pay the difference.
How will I know when I've earned my free yard greeting?
We'll keep track for you! Once you reach 500 points, we'll contact you to let you know you've earned your complimentary yard greeting. You'll receive your own unique Loyalty Reward code along with instructions for redeeming your reward.
How do I redeem my free yard greeting?
When you've earned a reward, we'll send you a unique, one-time Loyalty Reward code. Simply enter that code when booking your yard greeting online. Your code will apply your earned Loyalty Reward to the qualifying reservation.
Can I use my Loyalty Reward code more than once?
No. Each Loyalty Reward code is issued for a specific earned reward and may only be redeemed one time. When you earn your next complimentary yard greeting, you'll receive a new unique reward code.
When do I start earning points again after earning a reward?
Once you reach 500 points, your point earning pauses while your complimentary reward is available. After you redeem your reward, your balance resets and your next qualifying paid reservation begins earning points toward your next reward.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points remain active as long as you have a qualifying purchase at least once every 13 months. Each qualifying purchase restarts your 13-month activity period.
Does my earned free yard greeting expire?
Yes. Once you earn your complimentary yard greeting, you'll have 12 months from the date it is earned to redeem it. Your unique Loyalty Reward code will expire along with the reward.
Can I save several free yard greetings and use them later?
No. Only one Loyalty Reward may be earned and held at a time. Point earning pauses once you reach 500 points. After your reward is redeemed, you'll begin earning toward your next complimentary yard greeting.
Do discounted reservations earn points?
No. Reservations booked using a discount, coupon, or promotional offer do not earn Loyalty Rewards points.
Does my complimentary Loyalty Reward earn points?
No. A reservation redeemed using your complimentary Loyalty Reward does not earn points toward your next reward.
Do all purchases qualify for points?
Points are earned on qualifying, full-price yard greeting reservations. Travel fees, rush fees, taxes, add-ons, gift cards, Party With a Purpose reservations, and other non-qualifying charges do not earn Loyalty Rewards points.
Can I combine my Loyalty Reward with another discount or promotion?
No. Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promo codes, or special offers.
Can someone else use my points or Loyalty Reward?
No. Loyalty Rewards are tied to the customer who earned them. Points and earned rewards cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or combined with another customer's Loyalty Rewards balance.
What happened to the previous Loyalty Points Program?
Our Loyalty Rewards Program has been refreshed to better reflect our current services and pricing. Eligible active returning customers may receive a 100-point Loyalty Appreciation Bonus as a thank-you for their continued support.
Can the Loyalty Rewards Program change?
Yes. Program terms, qualifying purchases, rewards, point requirements, expiration periods, and other program details are subject to change. Current program information will always be reflected on this page.
