Party With a Purpose Fundraiser Agreement
This Fundraiser Agreement outlines the terms of participation in the Party With a Purpose fundraising program offered by Say It In The Yard.

💜 1. How Party With a Purpose Works
Party With a Purpose is a fundraising program offered by Say It In The Yard that allows participating organizations to earn a percentage of qualifying yard greeting sales generated during their approved fundraiser period.
Supporters book their yard greetings directly through Say It In The Yard and enter the organization's assigned Fundraiser Code on the reservation form. Say It In The Yard handles the reservation, payment, customer communication, installation, and pickup of each yard greeting.
The participating organization is responsible for promoting its fundraiser and sharing its assigned Fundraiser Code and promotional materials with its community.

There is no upfront cost to participate and no minimum sales requirement to earn fundraiser proceeds.
💜 2. QUALIFYING FUNDRAISER SALES
For a reservation to qualify toward the organization’s fundraiser:
- The reservation must be booked and paid for during the organization’s approved fundraiser dates.
- The organization’s assigned Fundraiser Code must be entered on the reservation form.
- If a supporter forgets to enter the Fundraiser Code, Say It In The Yard must be contacted before the fundraiser ends for the reservation to be considered. Requests to credit reservations after the fundraiser has ended will not be accepted.
- The yard greeting itself does not need to take place during the fundraiser period. Supporters may book and pay during the fundraiser and schedule their yard greeting for a future available date.
- Reservations remain subject to Say It In The Yard’s normal service area, availability, booking requirements, policies, and Terms & Conditions.
- Reservations booked using a coupon, discount code, promotional offer, or other discounted pricing do not qualify for fundraiser earnings. Discounts and Party With a Purpose fundraiser credit cannot be combined.
💰 What Counts Toward Qualifying Sales?
Fundraiser earnings are calculated using the cost of the qualifying yard greeting booking, including eligible upgrades, additional-word charges, and add-ons purchased as part of the reservation.

💰 3. FUNDRAISER EARNINGS
There is no minimum sales requirement to earn fundraiser proceeds. Every qualifying sale generated during the organization’s approved fundraiser period contributes toward the organization’s fundraiser earnings.

Once a fundraising tier is reached, the applicable percentage is calculated on all qualifying sales generated during the fundraiser, not just the portion of sales within that tier.

Final fundraiser earnings will be calculated by Say It In The Yard after the fundraiser closes and all qualifying reservations have been verified.
📅 4. FUNDRAISER PERIOD
Each Party With a Purpose fundraiser will run during the approved start and end dates confirmed by Say It In The Yard and the participating organization.
Only qualifying reservations booked and paid for during the approved fundraiser period will count toward fundraiser earnings.
Reservations may be scheduled for an available installation date after the fundraiser has ended, provided the reservation was booked and paid for during the approved fundraiser period.

🔄 5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds for reservations associated with a Party With a Purpose fundraiser are subject to Say It In The Yard’s standard cancellation and refund policies, with the following fundraiser-specific provisions:
Customer Cancellation Before Fundraiser Proceeds Are Paid
If a customer cancels a qualifying reservation before fundraiser proceeds have been paid to the organization, the reservation will be adjusted according to Say It In The Yard’s cancellation policy. Any amount no longer qualifying for fundraiser credit will be deducted from the organization’s qualifying sales before the final fundraiser proceeds are calculated.
Customer Cancellation After Fundraiser Proceeds Are Paid
If a customer cancels a qualifying reservation after fundraiser proceeds have already been paid to the organization, the organization will not be required to return any funds.
The customer’s refund will be reduced by the applicable $10 cancellation fee and the fundraiser amount already paid to the organization for that reservation.

If Say It In The Yard must cancel a reservation and, under its normal cancellation policy, the customer is entitled to a full refund, Say It In The Yard will absorb the fundraiser contribution and the customer will receive the full amount they are entitled to under the applicable policy.
The organization will not be responsible for returning fundraiser proceeds already received.

After the fundraiser has ended, Say It In The Yard will review all reservations associated with the organization’s Fundraiser Code and calculate the organization’s final qualifying sales and fundraiser earnings.
Fundraiser proceeds will be issued to the organization within 10 business days after the fundraiser ends and final qualifying sales have been verified.
Payment may be issued by check or electronic payment, as determined by Say It In The Yard and the participating organization.
The organization is responsible for providing accurate payee and payment information. Say It In The Yard will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information supplied by the organization.
Fundraiser proceeds will be issued to the organization within 10 business days after the fundraiser ends and final qualifying sales have been verified.
Payment may be issued by check or electronic payment, as determined by Say It In The Yard and the participating organization.
The organization is responsible for providing accurate payee and payment information. Say It In The Yard will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information supplied by the organization.

Your final payout is based on your final qualifying sales and the highest earning tier reached during your fundraiser.

Once payment has been issued, Say It In The Yard will provide the organization with its final qualifying sales total, earning percentage, and fundraiser payout amount for its records.

The participating organization is responsible for actively promoting its Party With a Purpose fundraiser and sharing its assigned Fundraiser Code with its supporters.
Say It In The Yard will provide participating organizations with access to the Party With a Purpose Partner Portal, which includes promotional tools, social media resources, email templates, fundraising tips, and other materials designed to help promote the fundraiser.
Use of Personalized Materials
Any promotional materials created specifically for the organization—including social media graphics, Story graphics, flyers, posters, QR codes, and other materials displaying the organization’s Fundraiser Code—are intended solely for use during the organization’s approved fundraiser.
The organization may share these materials through its website, social media accounts, email communications, newsletters, printed materials, and other appropriate promotional channels.

By participating in Party With a Purpose, the organization gives Say It In The Yard permission to identify and promote the organization and its fundraiser through Say It In The Yard’s website, social media accounts, email communications, and other marketing platforms.

Party With a Purpose and Say It In The Yard branded promotional materials may not be altered, resold, or used for purposes unrelated to the organization’s approved fundraiser without permission from Say It In The Yard.
📋 8. ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES
The participating organization agrees to use the Party With a Purpose program, Fundraiser Code, and promotional materials appropriately and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

- Reviewing personalized promotional materials and notifying Say It In The Yard of any errors before distributing or publishing them.
- Promoting the fundraiser in an accurate and appropriate manner.
- Not representing that purchases are tax-deductible or making other tax-related claims on behalf of Say It In The Yard.
- Not creating or offering additional discounts, incentives, coupons, or promotions on behalf of Say It In The Yard without prior approval.
- Not altering the Fundraiser Code or allowing another organization to use its assigned code.
- Providing accurate contact and payment information.
- Communicating any changes that could affect the fundraiser to Say It In The Yard as soon as possible.
🎟️ YOUR FUNDRAISER CODE MATTERS
Supporters must enter your organization’s Fundraiser Code on the reservation form for their qualifying reservation to be credited to your fundraiser.
If a supporter forgets to enter the code, Say It In The Yard must be contacted before the fundraiser ends. Requests to add fundraiser credit after the fundraiser has ended will not be accepted.

🛡️ 9. PROGRAM CHANGES, TERMINATION & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Say It In The Yard reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Party With a Purpose program, policies, promotional resources, or procedures when necessary. Any changes that materially affect an active fundraiser will be communicated to the participating organization.
Termination of Participation
Say It In The Yard reserves the right to suspend or terminate an organization’s participation in Party With a Purpose for misuse of the program, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, violation of this Agreement, or other conduct that could negatively affect Say It In The Yard, its customers, or the integrity of the program.
If participation is terminated, Say It In The Yard will determine any fundraiser proceeds due based on verified qualifying sales earned prior to termination, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Say It In The Yard reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Party With a Purpose program, policies, promotional resources, or procedures when necessary. Any changes that materially affect an active fundraiser will be communicated to the participating organization.

Say It In The Yard will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread utility or technology outages, or other unforeseen events.
In addition, a yard greeting may be unable to be installed, completed as requested, or may need to be removed due to circumstances including:

- Ground that is too hard or otherwise unsuitable for installation
- An incorrect address provided by the customer
- Denied or unavailable access to a gated or restricted community
- The recipient, homeowner, property manager, or other authorized person requesting that the display be removed
- Animals or other conditions on the property that prevent safe installation
- Other property or access conditions that prevent Say It In The Yard from safely completing the installation
⚠️ CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION & PROPERTY CONDITIONS
Refunds will not be issued when Say It In The Yard is unable to install or complete a display due to hard or unsuitable ground, an incorrect address, denied property access, animals preventing installation, a request to remove the display, or other circumstances caused by or relating to the customer, recipient, or property.
When circumstances are outside the control of both the customer and Say It In The Yard, Say It In The Yard will work with the affected customer and organization, when possible, to determine an appropriate solution consistent with its normal business policies.
Refunds will not be issued when Say It In The Yard is unable to install or complete a display due to hard or unsuitable ground, an incorrect address, denied property access, animals preventing installation, a request to remove the display, or other circumstances caused by or relating to the customer, recipient, or property.

By submitting the Agreement & Acceptance form below, the participating organization acknowledges that its authorized representative has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Party With a Purpose Fundraiser Agreement.
The individual submitting the form represents that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the participating organization.
The organization understands that submission of this Agreement does not guarantee participation until the fundraiser has been approved and confirmed by Say It In The Yard.
