Yard Card Pickup Specialist 

Job Summary:
The Yard Card Pick Up Specialist will retrieve, clean and return display materials to the storage area, as well as maintain the storage facility and inventory organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

•  None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Retrieves all materials from display area including but not limited to: signs, stakes, yard card materials
  
• Performs general cleaning of material.
  
• Ensures all materials are properly stored and organized.
  
• Assists in cleaning and maintaining storage area.
  
• Ensures materials are staked as directed.
  
• Inspects materials for damage or wear.
  
• Secures building prior to departure.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  
• Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate seasonal demands. Prolonged periods standing.
  
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
